Shay Isdale is a seasoned Product Design Leader with over 12 years of experience in digital product design across various sectors, including Healthtech and Fintech. They currently serve as the Director of Design at Fetch, having previously led product design and user experience initiatives at Nomad Health and other notable companies. Shay has demonstrated expertise in scaling design teams, defining experience strategies, and integrating user research practices into organizational cultures. They hold a BFA in Communication Design from Texas State University-San Marcos.
