Tim Young

Tim Young is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Fetch since August 2023, Tim previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at ShipMonk from July 2021 to August 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Surf Style Retail Management Inc. from May 2019 to July 2021. Tim's expertise includes employee onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance, supporting over 400 employees across three states. Prior experience includes building an HR department from the ground up at Niido and enforcing HR policies at MotionPoint, where Tim also managed sales operations.
