Darryl Catts

Darryl Catts has a strong background in information technology and leadership roles. Darryl is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Fetch Pet Insurance since May 2021. Previously, they worked as a Non-Executive Director at Send starting from January 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the President of Catts Consulting Group, LLC in January 2021.

Darryl has extensive experience in executive positions, including Global CIO of AXIS Insurance at Axis Capital from July 2010 to December 2020. Darryl was responsible for IT leadership, strategy, and support to multiple business units generating approximately $4 billion in premium annually. Darryl also served as the CIO/CTO for US Assure (formerly Zurich Insurance Services) from May 2008 to July 2010, leading and managing IT operations and initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Darryl worked at Zurich North America, where they held various roles, including VP of Business Technology Integration, VP of Underwriting Automation & Operations, and Regional CIO for Small Business. Darryl also gained experience as the Director of Information Technology at KnowledgeSoft and started their career as a Customer Engineer at IBM.

Throughout their career, Darryl Catts has focused on aligning IT with business goals, driving transformational efforts, and implementing technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Their experience spans across multiple industries and has involved working with various business models and distribution channels.

Darryl Catts earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hagerstown Junior College in 1988-1990. Prior to that, they attended Towson University from 1986-1988 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management.
