Sam Dutro

Sam Dutro has a strong background in human resources and employee experience. They currently hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Fetch Pet Insurance since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Zimmer Biomet as the Director of Employee Experience from January 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Talent at Pfizer from April 2016 to December 2020. Sam Dutro also held positions as the Director of Survey and Analysis at Prudential Financial, Director of Employee Engagement at Avis Budget Group, Manager of Training & Development at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, and Quality Assurance and Training Consultant at American Electric Power.

Sam Dutro has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Sam also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, earned from 2008 to 2010.
