Michael Minerva is an aviation executive and advisor currently serving as the CEO of Conrac Solutions, the sole developer, financier, and operator of airport consolidated rent-a-car facilities utilizing the Tenant Development Approach. Minerva has a rich background in the airline industry, having spent 30 years in various roles at US Airways and American Airlines, including positions in labor relations, legal, and airport affairs. Notably, they served as lead negotiator for significant projects, such as the $4 billion redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B and the $1 billion “Project Journey” at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Previously, they held multiple vice president roles that encompassed legal and government affairs and managed complex bankruptcy cases at US Airways. Minerva holds a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and a B.A. from Lake Forest College.
