Ana Flecha Cestero has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and organizational development. Since September 2000, Ana has been serving as HR Selección y Desarrollo at Feu Vert, responsible for managing the selection process across more than 50 work units in Spain and Portugal. This role includes identifying, evaluating, and recruiting candidates, as well as developing job descriptions and conducting interviews. In addition, Ana has been a docente in the Título Gestión de Empresas del Automóvil program at Fundación General de la Universidad de Salamanca since 2017, providing insights into strategic and operational decisions in the automotive maintenance sector. Earlier experience includes working as a Técnico de Selección at Randstad, where recruitment for various external clients was managed. Ana holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, obtained between 1992 and 1998.
