Alin Piciu

Alin Piciu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing global IT infrastructure operations, IT project management, and service desk leadership across multinational companies. Currently serving as Manager of Global IT Infrastructure Operations at FEV Europe GmbH since June 2021, Alin is responsible for coordinating IT Operations team activities, KPI reporting, and aligning operations with business needs and ITIL frameworks. Previous positions include IT Project Manager roles at Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE and FEV Europe GmbH, where Alin successfully led numerous IT projects. Notable earlier roles include Senior Team Lead IT Service Desk at AUTO1 Group and Information Technology Manager at Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE, where achievements included improvements in service desk KPIs and project completions in infrastructure and production systems. Alin holds a Master’s degree in MBA from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Banatul University of Timisoara.
