Dr. Max Stadermann is currently the Department Manager of Products & Validation at FEV Europe GmbH, where they lead a team of over 50 colleagues focused on the design and validation of various engine products. Having originally joined FEV as an intern in 2010, Dr. Stadermann's career evolved through roles as an engineer and team leader, culminating in their current position. They earned their Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, respectively, from RWTH Aachen University, where they also completed a PhD with a focus on turbocharger modeling and measurements. Dr. Stadermann is passionate about turbocharging and has expanded their focus to include boosting fuel cells.
