Hazel L. is a creative and enthusiastic Food Scientist and Product Developer with over 13 years of experience in product development, particularly in chocolate and beverages. Currently serving as the Senior Liquid Development Manager at Fever-Tree, they focus on developing premium soft drinks and mixers from concept to launch. Hazel created Taste With Colour®, an innovative tool designed to help chocolate tasters identify flavors through color, and teaches workshops globally. They have also been an international chocolate judge since 2015, participating in several prestigious awards. Hazel holds a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Food Science from the University of California, Davis.
