Isabel Caddy

Isabel Caddy is a UX Researcher at Fever since February 2022, specializing in understanding user needs to inform product decisions through comprehensive research methods, including user interviews and usability testing. Previously, Isabel served as a UX Writer at Fever, optimizing app and website microcopy in collaboration with the Research team and employing A/B testing to enhance user engagement. Additionally, Isabel worked as a Translation Specialist, translating marketing content with an SEO focus. Prior experience includes a Vendor Management Intern role at VSI and private tutoring in French, Spanish, and Early Years English and Maths. Isabel holds an MA in Translation: Translation and Culture and a BA in Spanish and French from UCL, along with study experience at Sorbonne Université.
