João Izzidio

João Izzidio is a professional with a decade-long career in production, innovation, and diversity & inclusion. They currently serve as the Project Manager in the Brand Partnerships team at Fever, where they lead branded experiences to connect brands with audiences meaningfully. Previously, João founded Moka, a studio specializing in brand experiences, and held key roles at the Coquetel Molotov music festival and Porto Digital, Brazil’s leading technology park. They also contributed to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at organizations such as CESAR, Qulture.Rocks, and Grupo UOL, enhancing inclusive workplace practices. João holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from UNINASSAU and is pursuing a graduate degree in Human Rights, Global Citizenship, and Social Responsibility at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
