Matthew Borland is a seasoned audio engineer and operations manager with extensive experience in both the music and events industries. Currently self-employed as a freelance audio engineer since November 2018, Matthew works on various recording projects including mixing, mastering, and quality control for a diverse clientele such as individuals, music coalitions, audiobooks, and the film industry. Prior roles include serving as Touring Manager and Operations Touring Manager for Original X Productions and Superfly, where Matthew managed logistics for multiple immersive experiences across North America. Previous experience encompasses production and sound design at Wax Cult Recordings, store management at Vans, and station management at Vision Vibe Entertainment. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Production from Full Sail University and an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta.
