Ross Freddie Ray is a seasoned choreographer and producer with extensive experience in the performing arts sector. Since March 2012, Ross has been self-employed, creating 29 original choreographic works that have been showcased globally, including the acclaimed piece 'Fraudulent Smile' performed at prestigious venues like the Royal Opera House. Ross has held significant roles, including CEO of Polunin Ink from February 2020 to May 2022, where productions took place in renowned locations such as The Royal Albert Hall and the London Palladium. Currently, Ross serves as the Director of International Development for both Ballet Nights and Fundamentally Dance, and as an Event Manager for the Children Today Charitable Trust. In 2025, Ross will also take on the role of Dance Curator with Fever, focusing on making ballet accessible to broader audiences. Ross is an alumnus of The Royal Ballet School.
