Sarah Jane Herbert

Sarah Jane Herbert has a diverse and extensive work experience in the event management and production industry. Sarah Jane started their career with Party Planners West, Inc. in 2016, where they held various managerial roles in organizing NFL Super Bowl events. Sarah Jane then joined Spectrum Catering, Concessions, and Special Events in 2018, where they managed artist hospitality and backstage catering at music festivals and live entertainment venues. In 2020, they worked as a Production and Operations Lead at Fever, gaining experience in event production. Sarah also worked at C3 Presents as an All Access Concierge and at On Location as a Legacy Ambassador. Sarah Jane joined SXSW in 2022 as a Client Liaison and currently works at Goldenvoice as part of the stagecoach and Coachella guest list teams. Sarah Jane has also held roles at Sundance Institute and Arizona Catering, INC., further enhancing their event management skills. Sarah's most recent position was at MCP Presents, where they served as an Office Admin and Transportation Manager for Rolling Loud Music Festivals. Overall, Sarah Jane Herbert's work experience showcases their broad expertise in event planning, production, operations, and client management.

Sarah Jane Herbert completed their education at Conrad N. Hilton College from 2012 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with an Emphasis in Event Management. Before that, they attended Blinn College from 2010 to 2011, and prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cinco Ranch High School from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah Jane Herbert has obtained two certifications: ServSafe Certified from ServSafe Certified in July 2017 and the Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in June 2017.
