Ryan Hughes

Ryan Hughes is currently the Associate Director and Head of Few&Far North America, where they manage the company's product, design, technology, data, and commercial efforts since its North American launch in 2023. Previously, Ryan served as Team Lead for Data & Delivery at Few&Far from 2019 to 2022, focusing on helping over 400 businesses scale by filling critical talent roles. Their earlier experience includes various positions in hospitality and customer service, including a role as a Team Leader at Cliff House Holiday and Conference Centre from 2011 to 2013, and a Customer Service/Sales Advisor at Ageas Insurance Limited from 2013 to 2015. Ryan also worked as a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Caspian One from 2017 to 2019, specializing in the UI/UX market and leading multiple teams.
