Eoin Carroll

Eoin Carroll serves as the Head of Group Holdings Division and Group Secretary at Fexco since September 2017, with responsibilities including Corporate Transactions, Governance, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property, and Regulatory matters. Prior to Fexco, Eoin worked as a Solicitor at McCullagh Wall, specializing in Corporate and Commercial law within the Technology sector, and at William Fry, focusing on Corporate transactions, Private Equity, and general advisory. Eoin's legal career began with a Legal Internship at McGuireDesmond Solicitors and also included sales experience at Musgrave. Eoin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Law from University College Cork, a Master's Degree in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick, and a Professional Solicitor Qualification from the Law Society of Ireland.
