Ger O'Sullivan

Ger O'Sullivan currently serves as the Board Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director at Saint John of God Community Services, where responsibilities include chairing the Finance and HR Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee since February 2022. Additionally, Ger holds a position as a Non-Executive Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Irish Red Cross, contributing to humanitarian efforts since May 2022. Ger has been involved with Fexco as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee since February 2010 and as Group Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of the Managed Services Division at FINTECHNEXT from March 2019. Previous experience includes board membership at RDI Hub, a global role as Worldwide Controller and Director of Operations at Booz Allen Hamilton, and positions as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and PwC. Ger O'Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honours) from University College Cork and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
