Kathy Shine

Kathy Shine is a seasoned Training and Knowledge Specialist at Fexco, with extensive experience in designing and delivering customized customer experience, sales, and leadership programs since 2008. Responsibilities include monitoring training effectiveness, developing best practice quality assurance, and co-creating accredited programs with third-level academic institutions. Notable accomplishments include winning awards for training initiatives and improving team leader performance through targeted development programs. Prior to Fexco, Kathy worked as a Freelance Training and Development Consultant, focusing on Apple's onboarding and coaching systems, and served as a Senior Operations Manager at Merchants, managing a call center team. Kathy holds advanced degrees in Strategic Learning and Development from Dublin City University, Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester, and a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
