Liz McCarthy

Liz McCarthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Fexco and the Head of Marketing at Voxxify, McCarthy leverages AI-powered analytics to enhance IT outcomes for business leaders. As the Founding CEO and Strategic Advisor of Scale Ireland, McCarthy advocates for policies supporting innovation-driven startups. Additionally, McCarthy was instrumental in securing €3.2 million in funding for the RDI Hub and played a key role in various initiatives at Dogpatch Labs, including startup policy development and diversity and inclusion efforts. Previous roles include Project Manager for the "Kitchen on Prescription" health initiative and Marketing Manager at Aviso Novate, contributing significantly to startup launches and corporate partnerships.
