Mary Troude has extensive experience in customer success and project management across various industries. They served as a Documentation Coordinator and later as a Technical Publications Production Manager at Safran from 2006 to 2008, before taking on roles at Nortel Networks as a Project Manager between 2001 and 2004. After holding positions at Fexco, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Customer Experience Manager in 2021, Mary currently works in Customer Success at PACE ESG, where they support aviation stakeholders in carbon reduction initiatives. Mary graduated from the University of Limerick in 2001.
