Michael Baker

Michael Baker is an experienced financial accountant currently employed at Fexco since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michael served as a trainee accountant at O'Rourke & Co. Chartered Accountants from October 2017 to April 2021 and held the position of recruitment coordinator at The Gleneagle Group for a brief period in 2017. Michael’s career in sports management includes over a decade at England and Great Britain Hockey, where notable roles included competitions and events officer, accreditation manager, ticketing manager, and operations manager for various prestigious hockey events. A secondment with LOCOG as a sport information manager for hockey during the 2012 Olympic Games involved significant leadership and organizational responsibilities. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Coventry University and is an ACCA member, completing the program in June 2022.
