Mike Boland

Mike Boland is an experienced professional in project and innovation management, currently serving as Innovation Program Manager at Fexco since April 2014, where involvement includes managing the FEXCO Product and Innovation team. Prior to this role, Mike was the PMO & Operations Manager at Metamo from April 2019 to July 2023, overseeing operational and project management structures. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at FLASHiZ, where responsibilities encompassed managing global projects and communication with stakeholders, and a lengthy tenure as Project Manager at Dell Inc from April 1999 to April 2014. Mike holds a Diploma in Project Management from the University of Limerick, a Graduate Diploma in Computing from Technological University of the Shannon, and a B.A. in Law and Economics from the University of Galway.
