Paul Carroll

Paul Carroll is an experienced professional currently serving as the Application Support Team Lead and Technical Operations Engineer at Fexco since March 2016. In this role, Carroll plays a critical part in the Technical Operation team, providing world-class support to merchants, payment service providers, and colleagues while managing support tickets and maintaining the global Back Office infrastructure. Prior to this, Carroll worked as a Symmetrix Operator at EMC from May 2013 to February 2016, contributing to the manufacturing of Symmetrix products. Early career experience includes bar staff responsibilities at The Anvil Bar from January 2007 to August 2014, where Carroll focused on customer service and operational management. Carroll holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems for Business Performance from University College Cork (2014-2015) and a BSc Honours in Physical Education from the Institute of Technology, Tralee (2009-2013).
