Ivan Dryomin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ivan began their career in 2003 as an Engineer at the Design and construction company "TOR" and later moved on to become a Project Manager at the Architectural and construction company Arnet. Ivan then worked as a Specialist in conceptual analysis and design at the Center for Corporate Entrepreneurship. Ivan also held roles as a Leading specialist in the description of business processes at Consulting company "Free labor" and as a Project Manager at Consulting company "UNICON", where they were involved in diagnosing, modeling, and optimizing business processes. Ivan's experience also includes working as a Chief Specialist of the Organizational Design Department at OJSC Nordea Bank, where they developed financial and economic models and calculated the financial effectiveness of banking products. Ivan then joined Private research and production enterprise DIP as a Project Manager, responsible for developing a universal software and hardware control system. Ivan also worked as a Senior Researcher at the Institute of General Energy of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine, where they were involved in mathematical modeling, software development, and project management. Most recently, Ivan served as the Head of the Data Processing department at FF.

Ivan Dryomin began their education in 1997 at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics. Ivan completed their studies in this field in 2003. Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, they undertook doctoral studies at the Institute of General Energy of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine, focusing on Energy systems and complexes, ultimately earning a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Ivan returned to the same institute from 2013 to 2016 to continue their doctoral studies, specializing in Energy systems and complexes.
