Brigadier Edgar Felix, SI (M), (Retd) was commissioned in Pakistan Army on 05 November 1988. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta. He has had a distinguished career in Pakistan Army spanning well over 30 years. The officer has held various Command and Staff appointments and served in UN (Georgia). The officer holds a Masters’ Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from QAU, Islamabad and is a Gold Medalist in MPhil, Strategic and Nuclear Studies from NDU, Islamabad. The officer retired in Oct 2018 and has the singular honour of being nominated “Chair” of a Steering Committee on United Christian Hospital (UCH) Lahore, instituted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan, in 2019. The officer is GM Govt Relations FFBL, since 16 Mar 2020.
