Tom Pease

Tom Pease is a Growth Strategist at Ffern since November 2024 and also serves as a Trustee at The Centre for Emotional Health. Previously, Tom worked as a Data Scientist at Sanome from March 2023 to November 2024, where notable contributions included developing explainable machine learning algorithms for identifying patients at risk of hospital-acquired infections and leading clinical evaluations for a medical device. Tom was a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Teaching from November 2022 to May 2023, focusing on the Teacher Education Dataset. Prior to that, Tom held teaching positions in languages at Mossbourne Community Academy and Lynn Grove Academy between 2018 and 2022. Tom Pease earned a Bachelor of Arts in German and Spanish from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from UCL, and completed a Data Science and Machine Learning Programme at AiCore.
