June Horner

June Horner has extensive experience in advocacy and community service, particularly in the LGBTQ+ space. Since January 2011, June has been a key figure in the start-up of PFLAG Westminster-Carroll County as a Steering Committee member, Chapter Treasurer, and Adviser. Additionally, June has contributed to PFLAG since 1985, serving on the Chapter Steering Committee for Columbia-Howard County as Co-Treasurer and Chapter Librarian. Previous roles include President of PFLAG Baltimore City (1985-1990), volunteer work with Equality MD (2005-2011), and active membership at Cedarhurst UUs (2005-2011). June's experience in library services includes a long tenure at Howard County Library from 1989 to 2005, culminating in roles that included Circulation Technician and Assistant Circulation Supervisor.
