Patrick Cochran

Patrick Cochran serves as the Advocacy and Policy Engagement Manager at PFLAG National/Straight for Equality, where responsibilities include managing state and local policy advocacy efforts and overseeing grant-funded initiatives to promote conversion therapy bans. Prior experience includes roles as Advocacy and Policy Engagement Senior Coordinator and Executive Assistant, where Patrick provided technical assistance and managed interdepartmental projects. Additional positions encompass Program Manager at the Eisenhower Institute, Policy Team Member for Ashwani Jain's campaign, Special Project Assistant at the Montgomery County Board of Elections, and various legislative internships. Patrick holds a Master of Public Policy and dual Bachelor's degrees in Government and Politics and French Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
