Alice Lebeau is currently the DGA in charge of human resources at the Fédération française de la montagne et de l’escalade. Previously, Alice held various positions, including chargée de mission formation at CROS Poitou-Charentes from 2008 to 2010 and multiple roles at the Comité National Olympique et Sportif Français (CNOSF) from 2010 to 2017, culminating in the position of Responsable Emploi Formation Qualification. Alice obtained a Master’s degree in Management des organisations sportives from Université de Poitiers in 2008.
