Avery (Avrohom) is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment governance and capital oversight. Currently serving as Founder and Managing Partner at Wind River Capital Strategies since July 2025, Avery advises endowments, foundations, and private funds on strategic investment policies and asset allocation. Prior roles include Partner and Head of Investor Relations at ff Venture Capital, Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at MeOhr Ventures, and Vice President positions at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Avery also held the role of Sr Technology Investment Advisor at Microsoft. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
