FG Architectes is committed to creating functional, aesthetic, and environmentally friendly living spaces. Our office in Dudelange combines tradition and innovation to offer sustainable architectural solutions. We believe in architecture that meets current needs without compromising future resources, whether residential, commercial, or public. The office was founded by Michelle Friederici in 2006 and joined by Nadine Glock in 2010. In 2011, they established FG Architectes Sàrl together. Their diverse experiences enable them to offer a comprehensive range of services from design to project execution. We have signed the OAI Charter of Values, representing a strong commitment to ethical and sustainable architectural practices. Michelle Friederici is also heavily involved in the profession, being the first president of the OAI since 2021. We work on various projects, including schools with after-school care, an animal shelter, a technical hall, housing (affordable and other), and accessibility audits. In collaboration with Subway Architecture, we are working on the restoration and extension of the old Ansembourg Castle. Additionally, we have completed a public daycare center and numerous housing projects, including renovations, extensions, and new constructions. FG Architectes is dedicated to promoting sustainable architecture and hosts interns from high schools each year, offering them the opportunity to explore our profession. We also engage architecture students for internships and part-time work throughout the year, depending on their university schedules.In 2016, we received a Bauhärepräis and in 2020, a special jury award for single-family homes.
