Every organization has stories worth telling. Most of them never get made.

FG4 Creative is a Twin Cities-based video production company that helps organizations find, develop, and produce the culture stories that actually reflect who they are — the kind that build trust, attract talent, and make people feel something.

We specialize in character-driven storytelling for brands, healthcare organizations, and companies with something real to say. From concept through final delivery, we bring a journalist's instincts and a filmmaker's eye to every project.

FG4 Creative is also the team behind CommsCheck — a communications intelligence platform that helps comms directors decide which stories are worth producing before they commit the budget and the crew.

We believe the right story, told well, changes how people feel about an organization.
