Joseph Ashby

Joseph Ashby is a Partner in Advisory Services at FGMK, LLC, where since January 2022, leadership of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice has been provided, focusing on middle market buy and sell-side M&A advisory. Prior to FGMK, Joseph Ashby served as Managing Director in M&A Transaction Services at Crowe from 1998 to 2020, specializing in financial due diligence for strategic buyers and private equity groups on investments in middle market companies. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller at Rand McNally, managing financial reporting for a subsidiary, and functioning as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where audits for SEC reporting clients were conducted. Joseph Ashby holds a BA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1989 and 1993.
