Seth Palatnik

Seth Palatnik is the lead partner of FGMK, LLC's Valuation Advisory and Dispute Consulting practice, based in Chicago. With extensive experience in valuation, transaction advisory, and dispute consulting, they serve a diverse range of domestic and international clients, including public and private companies, boards, and investors. Prior to their current role at FGMK since 2013, Seth held leadership positions at Willamette Management Associates, Huron Consulting Group, and BDO USA, LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and litigation support. Seth earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
