Ciara Phillips is a seasoned communications and marketing professional, currently serving as Managing Director, Saudi at FGS Global since January 2024, where responsibilities include government advisory and strategic communications for Saudi government entities and PIF companies. Previous roles include Associate Director of Entertainment Marketing & Communications at Diriyah Company, overseeing a marketing department focused on cultural placemaking and event strategy, and leading communications for the Noor Riyadh Festival at National TalentS Company. Ciara has extensive experience in managing high-profile marketing and communications initiatives for various prominent art and design organizations, including Art Dubai and Art Jameel. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the International University of Monaco, a Master's in Public Relations from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Arts London.
