Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan currently serves as Head of Global Growth Operations at FGS Global since August 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held multiple positions at Business Talent Group, including Vice President of Technology and Operations and Executive Director of Technology & Operations from March 2020 to August 2025. Patrick founded Secorus, LLC in February 2013 and served as CEO until March 2020, focusing on using technology to enhance business operations. Other significant roles include COO at SpringBoard World Group, Director of Operations and other management positions at Disability Group, Inc., and Congressional Aide at the U.S. House of Representatives. Patrick began professional experience as an intern at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) in 2006. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, earned between 2004 and 2007.
