William Klein

William Klein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations and economic affairs. Currently serving as a Consulting Partner at FGS Global and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Aspen Institute Germany, William Klein also holds the position of Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. William Klein’s previous roles at the U.S. Department of State included Acting Deputy Chief of Mission and Minister Counselor for Political Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. Additional roles encompassed leadership in various capacities related to Chinese and Mongolian affairs and economic relations in Ukraine, Israel, and India.
