FH Development Group has fulfilled the dreams of thousands thanks to our visionary building techniques, use of environmentally friendly materials, and employment of local master craftsmen. From single-family to multi-unit dwellings, our superbly crafted properties feature the most progressive designs, innovative space planning and inspired amenities. This is on display throughout HRM.

Market changes over the past few years prompted us to adapt community planning, facilitating the construction of smaller and more energy-efficient homes desired by younger families and first-time buyers. Our vision is to encourage young professionals to remain in Nova Scotia with the provision of high quality, affordable homes.

Now we are turning more of our attention and energy to Community Development. This is possible through our ability to transform raw land to finished product, be it a custom home, subdivision or entire community. It can also be attributed to an unprecedented wealth of expertise.

Whether it’s our in-house architect, engineering team (civil, mechanical, chemical), or construction experts, we approach every project committed to reducing our carbon footprint, through the use of sustainable construction practices, and responsible land development.

Today, our company is a family affair with sons Alaa and Mohamed managing daily operations. Plans include expansion into other parts of Canada.

While we are grateful for our meteoric growth and many achievements, the one thing that shines most brightly for us is our referral rate and high number of repeat customers. It means everything. Frankly, it’s a resounding validation of our commitment to you. After all, we are devoted to doing much more than constructing a house you will be proud to call home. We want to bring your dreams to fruition, and forge lifelong bonds.
