Melanie Cooper

Melanie Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as President of FHC, Inc. since June 2023, Melanie has previously held the role of Director of Employee Development at Charlie's Family of Dealerships from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this, Melanie had a long tenure at FHC, Inc., starting as Human Resources Manager and advancing to Corporate Vice President and President over several years. Additionally, Melanie worked as Human Resources Manager at JS McCarthy Printers from July 2012 to October 2015. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, earned between 1997 and 2001.
