FHENG Offshore is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm, famously dedicated to provide premium services in Energy and Construction projects worldwide. 

FHENG's Team consists of dedicated consultants, mechanical, civil and electrical engineers, as well as topographers and CAD operators with prominent and specialized expertise. We offer vastly proficient consultancy services within the frames of the highest European standards and codes of practice. 

In 2013, FHENG Offshore created a partnership with Groupe HFL - France and shifted most of its activities to studies and designs related to power line systems (overhead and under-ground high to very high voltage transmission lines). 

The new FHENG concept is constructed onto the extraordinary dedication of our solution-oriented engineers who love what they do and have their values orbited around the needs of the clients above all matters. They draw upon their experiences to work in the most professional fashions and achieve their goals and those of their clients in skilled and remarkable ways.

Our team is multilingual and this makes it ultimately easy for us to deal with clients from all around the globe. We work closely with teams from other international companies, namely Groupe HFL, IMPACT études and SICI.
