Ian Dean

Ian Dean has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Vice President of Human Resources at FHG, Inc - Energy Construction since 2019. In this role, they oversee HR strategy and operations for a full-service construction company. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Discovery Education from 2018 to 2019, where they led HR strategy and operations across the organization. Ian also has experience as a Managing Member (Owner) at DBI Construction, LLC, a Licensed Real Estate Broker at eXp Realty, LLC, and a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney. Ian has further HR experience as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Collier County Public Schools from 2013 to 2017, and in various roles within the organization prior to that. Ian began their career as a Technology Teacher at Hermitage School District and later worked as a District Manager at ALDI USA. Overall, they have a strong background in HR and a diverse range of experiences in different industries.

Ian Dean, SHRM-SCP, earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Grove City College, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Ian furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Education at Robert Morris University, during the period from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in June 2015.
