Daniel Messer is the Chief Digital and IT Transformation Officer (CDxO) at FHI 360, where they align digital and IT strategy with the organization's mission. With over 20 years of experience, they have led the implementation of digital health information systems across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Previously, Daniel served as the Global Business Systems Director at Population Services International and was a co-founder and chair of the Non-Profit Organizations Knowledge Initiative (NPOKI).
