Chris Henry

Chris Henry has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Planning Intern at PlanSmart NJ in 1996. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Service Planner at NJ TRANSIT. In 1998, they joined Urbitran Associates as a Senior Planner, where they stayed until 2008. During this time, they also worked as an Online Editor and Photographer at Cyclingnews.com from 2002 to 2004. In 2008, they transitioned to AECOM as a Project Manager and remained there until 2014. Simultaneously, from 2008 to 2010, they served as a Contributing Editor at Road Bike Action Magazine. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Special Features Editor at peloton magazine by Move Press. Chris then moved to FHI Studio in 2014, where they held multiple roles, including Mobility Service Line Leader until 2019, Director of Mobility & Land Use until 2023, and currently, they hold the position of Mobility Studio Director.

Chris Henry attended Rutgers University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of City & Regional Planning degree. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they studied Geography and French at the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
