John Sutorius

John Sutorius is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since July 2021. In this role, John ensures compliance with regulatory liquidity metrics, manages cash positions, and negotiates various funding alternatives to maximize earnings. Prior to this, John held positions such as Vice President of CD Underwriting at D.A. Davidson Companies and Director of CD Underwriting at PCBB, where John was instrumental in the marketing and structuring of brokered certificates of deposit. Earlier experience includes roles at BMO Harris Bank, where John assisted in managing significant long-term and short-term funding, and at Fifth Third Bank, where John oversaw short-term debt portfolios and money market funds trading. John holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University.
