Michael Pell currently serves as Vice Chair at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since January 2019 and has been President and CEO of First State Bank since March 2006. Pell held the position of Past Chairman at both the Ohio Bankers League from January 2014 to December 2018 and Southern State Community College from January 2012 to January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Retail Administration at Fifth Third Bank from May 1983 to February 2006. Michael Pell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Morehead State University between 1981 and 1985.
