Andy Grinstead

Andy Grinstead has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Andy began their career in 1998 as an Executive in Financial Institutions Consulting at Crowe Horwath LLP, where they managed a community bank focused consulting group and was responsible for managing ongoing and one-time consulting engagements for 43 institutions, as well as managing eight consultants delivering $2 million+ in revenue annually. In 2007, they moved to Fiserv, where they held multiple roles including VP of Professional Services - Advisory Services, VP of Professional Services - Strategic Insights, SVP of Strategy and Marketing - Bank Intelligence, and Sr. Bank Strategist - Bank Intelligence Division. In their various roles at Fiserv, they were responsible for the entire business lifecycle, including strategy, SaaS development, product management, pricing, marketing, lead development, sales, implementation, service delivery, client success, client support, revenue, accounting, finance and budget. Andy also led an initiative to leverage and scale peer analytics, best practices, lessons learned, and industry thought leadership across the Fiserv enterprise. In 2022, they joined FI Navigator Corporation as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Sales.

Andy Grinstead received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ohio University. Their BBA was in Management Information Systems.
