Wayne Simpson is an experienced quality analyst with a strong background in quality assurance and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Currently self-employed as a Senior Quality Analyst since November 2019, Wayne also serves as a Quality Assurance Specialist at F&I Sentinel since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Wayne worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at BCBS of Tennessee, where employment lasted from February 2017 to November 2019, and at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee during the same timeframe. Earlier in their career, Wayne gained relevant experience as an Electrician at Norfolk Southern Railroad from January 2005 to August 2011.
