Dylan Barnhill has a diverse work experience in various technical and engineering roles. Dylan started their career as a Drafter at Telaid from 2007 to 2010. Dylan then joined Avery Dennison in 2013 and held multiple positions including RFID Site Process Development Engineer, Regional Process Engineer for RFID and Heat Transfer Labels, and RFID Product Development Engineer. During their time at Avery Dennison, Dylan managed capital projects, developed manufacturing processes, led continuous improvement programs, and managed the relocation of operations across facilities.

In 2020, they joined Apple as a Technical Program Manager for Haptics and Core Technologies, where they oversaw technical, operational, and quality issues related to the Haptic Engine throughout the product lifecycle. Dylan set and achieved improvement targets for product quality and operations, and led design for manufacturability reviews.

Currently, Dylan serves as a Technical Program Manager at Fi, a pet technology startup. In this role, they manage all technical and engineering hardware programs for their smart dog collars. Dylan'sresponsibilities include defining product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, validating product performance through testing, qualifying suppliers and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, managing project risks, and driving continuous improvement in the hardware development process.

Dylan Barnhill obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Ella T Grasso Southeastern Vocational Techn School from 2005 to 2009, where they specialized in Mechanical Drafting and Design.
