Director Of Technical Operations at FIA Tech

Gregory Bernard has a strong background in technical operations and IT management. Gregory started as a LAN Administrator at Rath & Strong in 1997 and then moved on to roles such as Systems Administrator at Tucker Anthony INC, Helpdesk & IT Project Manager at Carabetta Management, and Senior Systems Engineer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Gregory worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art until 2016 when they became a Technology Infrastructure Manager at Marto Capital. From 2017 to 2020, Gregory worked at Verizon as an Operations Engagement Manager/Lead Engineer. Currently, they are the Manager of Technical Operations at FIA Tech and has recently been promoted to Director of Technical Operations.

Gregory Bernard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Muhlenberg College from 1990 to 1994. Gregory then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Boston University from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Gregory completed a Project Management and Implementation Certificate Program at Hofstra University. Gregory also holds a certification as a VMware Certified Professional.
