Previously, they served as an Events Manager at the National Society of Professional Engineers and have extensive experience in membership and engagement management with organizations such as the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine and SNAME. Cindy's entrepreneurial background includes owning and managing Magical Monograms, an embroidery company, from 2007 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Millsaps College in 1988.
